Isaac was 37 years old when his father, Abraham, died. This information is found in the biblical account of Genesis 25:7.
The passage states: "And these are the days of the years of Abraham's life which he lived, an hundred threescore and fifteen years. And Abraham gave up the ghost, and died in a good old age, an old man, and full of years; and was gathered to his people."
The Bible also records that Isaac was born when Abraham was 100 years old (Genesis 21:5). Therefore, Abraham lived for 175 years, and Isaac was 37 years old when Abraham died.
