You can't directly enter a password on your Apple Watch using its touchscreen. Instead, your Apple Watch uses the passcode you set up on your iPhone to unlock.
Here's how it works:
- Initial Setup: When you first set up your Apple Watch, you'll need to create a passcode on your iPhone. This passcode is used to unlock both your iPhone and your Apple Watch.
- Unlocking Your Apple Watch: To unlock your Apple Watch, simply raise your wrist and look at the screen. Your Apple Watch will automatically unlock if it recognizes you.
- Entering the Passcode: If your Apple Watch doesn't recognize you, you'll need to enter your passcode manually. To do this, tap the screen and use the digital crown to navigate and select the numbers.
Note: You can also change or disable your Apple Watch passcode on your iPhone in the Apple Watch app.
