How Do I Access Bank Register in QuickBooks Online?

You can access your bank register in QuickBooks Online by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Navigate to the "Banking" tab.
  3. Select "Transactions" from the left-hand menu.
  4. Choose the bank account you want to view.

You will then see a list of all transactions for that account, including:

  • Date: The date of the transaction.
  • Description: A brief description of the transaction.
  • Debit: The amount of money that was debited from your account.
  • Credit: The amount of money that was credited to your account.
  • Balance: The balance of your account after the transaction.

You can also use the "Search" bar at the top of the page to find specific transactions.

Additional Tips:

  • You can filter transactions by date, type, or amount.
  • You can download your bank register as a CSV file.
  • You can also reconcile your bank account directly in QuickBooks Online.
