How Do I Delete Groups in Xero?

You can't directly delete groups in Xero. Instead, you need to archive them. This removes them from your active lists but keeps them accessible in case you need them again. Here's how to archive a group:

1. Go to the "Groups" tab in Xero.
2. Select the group you want to archive.
3. Click the "Actions" menu and choose "Archive".
4. Confirm the archiving process.

Archived groups are still accessible for viewing or restoring.

To restore an archived group:

1. Go to the "Groups" tab in Xero.
2. Click "Archived Groups" at the top of the page.
3. Select the group you want to restore.
4. Click the "Actions" menu and choose "Restore".

Note: If you've already archived a group and need to permanently remove it, you'll need to contact Xero support.
