You can update your email address on your Tile account through their website or mobile app.
Changing Your Email via the Tile Website
- Log in to your Tile account. Visit the Tile website and enter your current email address and password.
- Navigate to your account settings. Once logged in, find the "Account" or "Settings" section, usually located in the top right corner of the website.
- Locate the "Email" section. Within your account settings, you should find an option to edit your email address.
- Enter your new email address. Carefully type your new email address in the designated field.
- Confirm your changes. Click on the "Save" or "Update" button to confirm the changes.
Changing Your Email via the Tile Mobile App
- Open the Tile app. Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed on your device.
- Go to your account settings. Tap on the "Profile" or "Settings" icon, usually located in the bottom right corner of the app.
- Find the "Email" section. Within your account settings, locate the option to modify your email address.
- Enter your new email address. Input your desired email address in the provided field.
- Confirm your changes. Tap on "Save" or "Confirm" to finalize the changes.

- You may receive a confirmation email at your new address.
